What we do

The entire chain, under one coordination

Every stage is executed by specialised teams. Coordination, planning and accountability for the outcome stay with BRA.X.

International ocean freight

FCL, LCL, breakbulk and project cargo. Route, carrier and regime chosen in line with the tax planning of the operation.

International air freight

For what cannot wait: a spare part on hold, a contractual deadline at risk, a production line under threat.

Domestic and international road freight

Pick-up, distribution and border crossing across Mercosur, backed by more than thirty years in the modal.

Customs clearance

Tariff classification, licences, agency approvals and clearance. Compliance decided before shipment, not at the port.

Warehousing and inventory management

Bonded and general warehousing, inventory control and scheduled release according to the needs of the operation.

Foreign trade consulting

Import model, corporate structure, special regimes and risk analysis before the cargo moves.

Our greatest differentiator

In international trade, cheap gets expensive later

The real differentiator in international logistics is not the lowest freight rate or the best negotiated tariff. It is technical knowledge, hands-on experience and the ability to anticipate problems before they appear.

A small mistake generates costs far above any savings obtained in transport. An apparently cheap operation becomes extremely expensive once delays, customs holds, regulatory requirements or planning failures show up.

Our greatest asset is the know-how accumulated over decades of national and international operations. Our team identifies risks before they materialise, structures operations safely and, when the unexpected happens, acts fast to reduce impact within the law.

More than moving cargo, our job is to protect our clients' operations.

Anticipate

Map what can go wrong while there is still time to change the structure of the operation.

Structure

Define model, regime and documentation so the operation is compliant from day one.

React

When the unexpected hits, have the network, the technical reading and a legal path to solve it fast.

The question we hear most

Why hire BRA.X instead of contracting directly?

If a company can hire a carrier, a bonded terminal or a freight forwarder directly, why go through BRA.X? The answer has two parts.

Volume and relationships

Our operating volume and long-term supplier relationships frequently allow us to secure terms equal to or better than what a client would obtain negotiating alone.

Coordination of the whole chain

Our work starts after the contracting. We synchronise every stage to avoid delays, extra costs and operational failures. That is where the money is.

A small coordination failure costs far more than the savings from a cheaper supplier. A delay in picking up cargo turns into additional storage, demurrage, detention, fines or missed contractual deadlines. A single operational error usually costs more than the entire investment in specialised coordination.

A bridge between cultures

Understanding people is part of logistics too

International logistics goes far beyond moving goods. It involves people, cultures, negotiations and different ways of doing business.

Our leadership is of Korean descent, grew up in Brazil and knows Brazilian culture, legislation and business practice in depth, without losing the discipline, commitment and planning that characterise Korean culture.

This allows us to support foreign companies throughout their setup and expansion in Brazil: not only in logistics, but in reading the Brazilian business environment, supporting expatriate executives, building relationships and structuring the processes required to operate efficiently.

Although we have deep experience with Korean companies, our work has never been limited to that segment. We serve Brazilian companies and multinationals across many sectors with the same technical standard.

Credibility built in practice

Projects for some of the largest companies in the world

Along the way we have taken part in projects involving organisations such as those below, as well as many other national and international groups.

POSCO E&CHyundai SteelSamsungLGHyundai Heavy Industries

More important than listing projects is that many of the professionals and executives we worked with are still active in the market and can serve as references on our technical capability, professional conduct and quality of execution.

Bring us the complex operation

The earlier we come in, the cheaper it gets. Reviewing the structure before shipment is what separates a predictable operation from an expensive problem.
